I offer a wide range of services and will be happy to provide a free consultation to assess your needs. This can then be tailored at any point depending on the demands of your business. Whether self employed, a partnership, or business owner, whether it's a little or a lot, I am here to help with the burden and often daunting task of running the company finances. I can create a bespoke and cost effective service for your company so that you only pay for what you need.
Bookkeeping. Posting from invoices and bank statements I can produce a set of financial statements. Whether you use them for forward financial planning or just to keep the tax man happy and meet the required deadlines. I can make sure the records are all in order an up to date.
If you're VAT registered I can ensure that VAT returns are completed and submitted on time. Whether you require this service alongside the basic bookkeeping or you just require someone to check its accurate and fully reconciled I can help.
Yearend adjustments. You may wish to complete the weekly/monthly records but require someone to make yearend adjustments. I can ensure that all the basic accounts adjustments such as depreciation, prepayments etc are completed along with a file produced, reconciled and cross referenced. I can send this with all the back up information to your accountant to ensure the work they do is the bare minimum.
Payroll. Whether you chose to pay your employees weekly or monthly I can produce the pay slips for all your employees as well as working out you liabilities due to avoid costly mistakes or late payments.
Audit file. Doesn't everyone just love the auditors?! Maybe not. Maybe it's their ability to ask for all the information you just can't lay your hands on right away because you have more important things to do like running a business? Either way, audits are in most cases, compulsory, and their work has to be done. By completing an audit file prior to their arrival I can ensure that all the information they require is completed in good time (other than the random tests!) that will ensure their visit will be over and done with before you know it!
Management information. During testing times in the current economic market it's becoming more and more important that companies have up to date information to make decisions going forward. From monthly, quarterly or half yearly management accounts I can provide live information to aid with decision making from how much to draw from the business to how much you need to put by for tax. I can also provide cash flow and future projections to help with forward planning.
